What are the "2nd Order" Analysis options listed on the Analyze Ribbon in TSD? Are they the same as "P-Delta" analysis?

Question I have a Validation > Analysis > Model > “Panel is not surrounded by load carrying members” error. Tekla Structural Designer product bulletin October 2019 (PBTSD-1910-1)

Résumé of issue This issue relates to the design of Pile Caps to the Eurocode (All Country NA’s).  For the shear check and the reduced design shear load near to supports per EN 1992-1-1 Cl. 6.2.2(6), the lower limit of  av = 0.5d for checks undertaken at av ≤ 0.5d was not applied which could result in an unconservative design result. Why are my columns bigger than they are supposed to be on plan?

Question: I have exported my GA to a DXF file, when I import that DXF file into another project to the same scale, my columns appear bigger than the imported drawings, why are my columns bigger? Answer: By default in Tekla Structural Designer, there is a setting found in Home > Settings > Scene which doubles the size of the columns. This is a tick box which can be unticked if you wish to have the columns drawn to scale. The setting is found in the Settings window under Scene > View Settings as shown below.   Note: You may need to redraw the view for the settings to take effect

TSD Program Error Procedure

To minimise the potential for lost work and possible model data corruption, a "Program error" dialog can be displayed when an error is detected. As shown in the picture below, when an error is detected you are presented with a number of action options which cater for the potential situations of the model.  We strongly recommend that you do not click Cancel, as you would then be working with a potentially corrupted file.
