How do I manually reorder load cases, load groups, combinations or envelopes in Tekla Structural Designer?

I have used the "Generate" command to create some load combinations and then subsequently added some manually created combinations to the bottom of the list. Is it possible to reorder the combinations in Tekla Structural Designer?
