When I attempt to play a video in Tekla Structural Designer Help, it states that Adobe Flash is required. I've installed Adobe Flash and the same message keeps appearing. How do I resolve it?

Question
We are trying to run some of the video tutorials from within Tekla Structural Designer Help, but the content fails to display and there is the familiar "Get Adobe Flash player" message on-screen as below.

We believe Adobe Flash is installed, as the videos all run perfectly from within the chosen browser, normally Internet Explorer via Tekla User Assistance > Videos.
Is there a way to get the Tekla Structural Designer Help system to see that Flash is actually installed?
Answer
Tekla Structural Designer Help uses Adobe Air. This requires the Opera/Chromium version of the Flash player. Please use the external link below to download and install the Opera/Chromium version of Adobe Flash.

After restarting Tekla Structural Designer Help, you should be able to view the videos.
