"Error 7: The storage control blocks were destroyed." upon install Structural Designer AIR Help

Although the above error is a generic one if the AIR Help fails to install, there are a set of circumstances where this is known to happen

Issue

Due to an issue with the signing of the installation package, this error can also occur in the following circumstance

• The install was the first release of 2017i (Tekla Structural Designer 2017i software release (17.1.0.64))
• The install is performed after the 12th Jan 2018
• The Tekla Structural Designer 2017i Help has NOT previously been installed successfully (prior to 12th Jan 2018)

Further information

If you try to run the AirHelp installer direct from the install cache, e.g. ...AIRHelp\Tekla_Structural_Designer.air you will see the following error

Download and install the latest Tekla Structural Designer 2017i software release.
