Although we don't yet test the Tekla Structural License Service on Windows Server 2016, Tekla Structural License Service v2.04, first released in February 2018, includes Sentinel RMS 9.2 which officially supports Windows Server 2016.
The 3rd party licensing service, Sentinel RMS License Service, packaged with Tekla Structural License Service v2.02, shipped in March 2017, is only officially supported by it's developers Gemalto (previously SafeNet) on Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012 and 2012 R2. So currently Windows Server 2016 is not yet officially supported. However in practice it is unlikely that there will be any problems installing and running the Tekla Structural License Service on Windows 2016.
