I have created a new account, but I can't login to Tekla User Assistance
The account management system at account.tekla.com requires that you verify your e-mail address before you can use a new account. Check your e-mail (including your spam folder) for a verification email, which contains the link that activates your account.
I did not receive a verification e-mail from account.tekla.com
If you created a new account at account.tekla.com, but you did not receive the verification e-mail:
- Check your spam folder.
- Log in at account.tekla.com.
- If you can't log in at account.tekla.com with your valid e-mail address, you may have misspelled your e-mail address.
- Resend the e-mail using the link provided.
- If you still receive no account verification e-mail, fill in the feedback form.
I logged in, but I am still not allowed to view all content
Some of the content in Tekla User Assistance is provided as part of your organization's maintenance contract with Tekla. If your organization has a valid maintenance agreement, you gain access to this content by receiving an invitation to join your organization from your organization's own Tekla Account administrator.
After you join the group, your new access rights are activated when you log in the next time at Tekla User Assistance. If you are currently logged in, log out and log back in to activate the new access rights.
